Step Aside Bouquet Toss Here Comes a new Tradition

The bridal bouquet and garter toss traditions, it is said, comes from wedding guests believing it was good luck to own something that belonged to the bride. It was common in days gone by for guests to rip off a piece of the bride's dress as a good luck charm. Over the centuries, this tradition slowly turned to the bride and groom selectively throwing items to their guests. With the common belief being, that whomever catches either a bouquet or garter is the next to be married
